    3/4" ply with octogan posts at 12" high screwed up from the bottom with no nails as well….just done it in my unit and works great!

    cheers guys. the ones that Jag sell are identical to those that Beacon Graphics in the states sells but from Beacon the cost is $190 not £’s, almost half the price from the states 😥

    i made some as the demo just the job cheap as chips

    i went over with some pva water mix to seal them rather than paint them

    racking is the final thing i need to do still in my workshop, i still keep all my vinyl in the boxes wrapped in the foam. I have over 50 colours now thou and thats a lot of boxes, lol.
    I worry about having the vinyl:-
    a. on its side.
    b. exposed to elements, as it were, ie. cold of the night etc.

    are either of these things a problem, if not then i may go for racking as in the photo there.

    That’s the way of the world unfortunately.

    To the US price you need to add the cost of shipping, insurance, duty, VAT, import paperwork, cost of shipping to your premises, etc etc. Add in the higher cost of doing business in the UK in the form of higher property and social taxes and you see why there is the apparent discrepancy.

    It ain’t all sweetness and light. 🙁
