Hi Paddy good luck finding a plotter mate and welcome to the boards.
I know they are advertised on sites like e-bay and loot so it might be worth checking out these sites and maybe even posting in their wanted adds.
If you do find something try to see it working before you part with any cash as they can be expensive to repair.

Thanks for the speedy response, will go and have a look on ebay but I am really ebay phobic.
I would prefer to go and demo a used one somewhere, I know there is a company called graphtec in wrexham and will try them before venturing any further.

Paddy if I were you I would seriously consider a new machine. You can get a new Graphtec 2′ wide machine for under £1400. If you buy a decent 2nd hand machine you won’t get much change from a £1000. If you can stretch your budget to a new machine you will get a 2 year on site warranty so won’t have to worry about shelling out more money if it goes wrong.
