We have been doing these for years with our gerber edge. A summa dc series printer will work too.

How would the be screen printed John?
do you put the cling through a cutter then screen print?

either white print or cut vinyl on to clear circle (as in hand shot)

Not had a look at the sizes but years ago we used to screen print large qty’s of these for various shops/companies/car dealerships. It would have to be sheet format and not on the roll – we used to buy the stuff at 1000mm x 700mm x 100 sheets per box.

    Cheers John

I reckon that has to be a gerber edge, just had a look at some of the other stuff they are selling. All looks very well presented. I’d just buy them off him and pass onto your clients , not worth the hassle.

Just had another look at that guys site, he seems to be making a few quid there. Our office junior spends more time sat on his chair at the moment. I think I feel a blue peter project coming up for him and all of our cut offs and a few of our dormant machines.

I’m sure he’ll thank me for this after Christmas

Last time I looked it said he had sold two sets of the snowflakes so I can’t see it being big money spinner?

I made loads of Christmas decorations for windows one year, all cut vinyl applied to self cling, still got a load of them somewhere because after spending a week or so making them I found out you could buy printed ones in the market for pennies :lol1: :lol1:

Still you live and learn don’t you, think that was mistake number 2,987,435 that I had made since starting in this game :lol1: :lol1:

HI Colin, I was looking at the rest of his shop and products, seems pretty god to me. Looks a bit fiddly though?
