    Hello lovely peeps
Im considering sticking up a 10mm board 48 by 13 inches interior onto emulsion wall with vhb tape.
Would this work okay…how much would I need and what width and wheres the best place to get it from?
If you have had any experience with this stuff id be greatful for some knowledge as I know its not cheap.
    thanks in advance…

    You’ll be fine with VHB

We buy ours from http://www.orbitalproducts.co.uk/ but you will probably find some others on the tool bar

As it’s internal wall – emulsion & PVC – VHB tape will probably NOT be the best adhesive tape to use.

Standard, but quality FOAM tape will be tackier, conform better to the irregular surface & cost a hell of a lot less!

VHB is really good at sticking flat, dust free, non-porous surfaces together – doesn’t sound like painted walls!

I’m not saying that VHB won’t stick it – it probably will, but it’s overkill in the price stakes & not playing to the strengths of the product.

I recently bought from Indasol and they supply a large range of adhesive products and were well priced against other suppliers I bought from in the past.
