    Hello
    Ive moved the printer and the laptop to a new address.
    Windows 7 has always run the versa works…
    Ive gone to open versa works and I get this error message.
    The version of language resource is not matching. If you choose continue it will run the application in English mode. Do you want to continue?

    I say yes and the application refuses to open. If i say no it just stops.

    Ive tried re install…it works initially until I do the update then all this starts happening…Id really appreciate any advice as to what to do to get this working…looks like bed time reading of the manual tonight…. 😕

    Had the same problem after updating on Monday.

    Rolled back a windows restore point and alls OK. Not a major update for our RS640 so will hang fire!

    What a right royal pain in the butt this update was…I wished Id remembered about system restore….its okay now I’ve re installed with no updates…The timing was terrible, …as this was the first job in a new location with new VFast etc etc…I thought it was something a lot more complicated….glad I’ve got it working now…. 😛

    Kind of worried about doing the update after reading your episode, but I have set up a roll back date before I go ahead, sorry you had that hassle, but if nothing else by sharing your experience you have probably saved a few folk a lot of bother, so thank you from me.!

    before you install anything make sure your backed up and have a restore point
