    Hi,

Does anyone on the board have one of these and if so.. what’s the lowdown? I’ve mentioned decals a few times and maybe I should just get a machine that will actually print and cut them properly! Would like to know if this machine is a good option compared to others (i’ve been out of the plotter market for donkey’s years,.. mentioned b4 that my plotter was a Housten DMP66 back with illustrator ’88 and Sign Xpress!!) so I need a bit of help here!

AS some of you know, I supply art for sublimation so I’m quite interested in subbing onto vinyl but for now, all i need to be able to do is take my Photoshop ‘flaming skullz’ files and hopefully, supply an Illustrator keyline with printed reg. marks from Photoshop lined up on the same file (I’m guessing A3 is plenty big enough for the mo) and then bingo! Printed and cut decals which I can then airbrush around if I want to.

Thanks for any help you can give me.

    Hi Beej,

I find the Versacamm to be a truly amazing machine – I particularly enjoy printing onto specialist vinyls such as holographic and reflective.

If you would like a file or two printing and sending please let me know.

    Regards,
    Mark
