There can be many reasons but heres where you start.
The first thing to do is a power clean
then print a test print – if all the nozzles are there (IE all the lines) its not the head.
Check your capping station is clean , thats where the heads park , especially the seal (rabber gasket)
Then look for the wiper , make sure its clean
Check the Cyan damper , its a small white reservoir by the heads , there should be 4 – the cyan one might be damaged or the o ring seal in it that stops air leaks might be too – best thing is to replace (other brands dampers might work too – I think Mimaki’s does – the O ring is critical , but any printer that uses Epson heads damper should work.
If this does not cure it , follow the cyan tubing and gently “massage” it or flush the tubing , often there is a kink or an air blockage that wont allow ink to flow.
If that is not the problem , then it’s most likey the pump itself or the tubing to the pump etc – replace both.
Ideally you want to pay a Roland tech to take a look , it might be cheaper in the long run.
As I say the most likely cause would be a blockage or an air leak.
You could alos try a full system flush with flush carts – instructions in the manual.
