Versa Works ‘File is Corrupted’ error message
I don’t get this error message much when trying to add a job to the queue on versa works but it does pop up occasionally. Can anyone shed some light onto why this happens?

What is the file name? If it has underscore or any non standard charaters this can happen just rename the file and then it should be ok

Thanks for replying Lee.
The original Jpeg did have an underscore in it so renamed it but that didn’t sort it. In the end I saved it in a different format which did the trick.
