    Hi

    I need to reprint Roland Versaworks Colour Chart but the file is corrupt. Has anyone else had this problem & how do I reinstall the files.

    Hi,

    Have you tried closing versaworks and turning the computer off and trying again ?
    I have had the same sort of issues before and closing everything down and starting again solved the problems !
    I also get this when the file name has an accent over an "é" …

    This usually happens to me when my network connection between the Computer holding the file and the printer not sure if that helps, if I delete the job and reload it usually sorts my problem hope this helps
