    Here are the shots of the rear trays we did and how we overcame our problem.

    Well done, looks loads better. How’s it done? Is that all in one piece or several?

    Hey Andy,

    Those two bits that stick out were wrapped with grey and green firstly. This was because the edge of the vinyl would be hidden by the colorbond sheets.

    We then pop riveted the colorbond sheets to the truck. We then flood coated each colorbond panel each individual colour. We then applied the rest of the signage.

    I think it works very well and allows for the independent panels to be replaced when they get damaged. They will get damaged and I’m sure we’ll get asked to replace them in the future. We chose to flood coat etc once they were pop riveted to hide the pop rivets.

    i agree with ade, it looks a whole lot better, you’ve overcome the obvious problems very well !
