Whats the text above "certified" say in the bottom left logo John?

Thanks for your efforts lads. Much appreciated on a day with too many staff on holiday, attending hospital appointments etc etc.

Brian, it says "Parrot" Actually I got that, and the bird image, off Brands of The World (the only one I did find there), but a font id for the rest of it would be handy if anyone recognises it.
