    i have a small job to sign write a pickup, can any one give me some tips on applying the letters to the vehicle

    sign write or vinyl application? not being smart just incase “as usual” i get the wrong end of the stick.. 😳

    going with vinyl application.. have you applied vinyls to a vehicle before.
    if so, what did you find dificult and ill see if i can give you any pointers.

    also, do you apply dry or wet?

    as much info on what you have probs or no expereince with as possible please and ill do my best to help 😉

    hi thanks for replying , yes im using cut vinyl , i havent done any vehicles before just garments and a couple of banners, so any tips from cold please.

    The secret is to take your time.

    Try doing it dry if you can. Wet is good if you are not confident.

    In either case, don’t take the app tape off straight away. Gives the tape a chance to settle.

    Applying it wet, don’t do on a cold surface. Doing it dry, don’t do it in direct sun light or heat.

    Remember the rule… Measure twice, fit once.

    Works for me, but drives my offsider nuts!!!
