Just thought i would see if i can use this “show us your stuff”
Customer very proud of his van & cannot stop praising us for it.
He wanted to use red on black all over even though i said that small lettering wouldn’t be readable in those colours.

we were half way through lettering it when customer phoned up & said “sorry i forgot to tell you i am Ltd now, can you add it onto the van” (Bless him)

sorry the rear view has strip lights of our unit reflecting on back doors, it was 9,30 at night when finished & customer came to pick it up.

    HI
looks very nice, although feel the smaller text on the side would have looked better central under the name rather than tucked in the corner as itis. But just my opinion, your customers happy thats your main criteria met.

Thanks for your comment Kev, customer didn’t want to detract from his business name so had to find some where else.
I wanted to take off the black shadow as well to actually read that text from a distance.

    Well done LJ.

I would have taken off the shadow too, but then the customer is always right… arent they 🙄

    Was this all computer cut?

90% Good, but you already know what the 10% bad is….

Good job Jill isnt around, you’d be getting your bottom spanked.

Saying that, if your customer is smiling and you are smiling…Happy days

Yes Shane, all cut vinyl just at the time my 1220 plotter packed in working so had to cut that giant tyre with my 650 plotter in two pieces.

Forgot to mention, customer that well pleased he is calling in on Monday insisting i put our logo on his van as he is getting fed up with people asking “who did it”

    Lj.
Tyre graphic and name is fine, But as you have said, text under with shadow is yuk. For that reason I dont think you should put your name to it, as you said, that was down to the client.
Did you design that big tyre yer sen?

i’m not really in a position to critisise, so i wont !! i like the effect of light on thr tyre, i thought it was printed at first ! i can see it is essentially a black graphic with bits weeded out for perspective, but cant make out the ‘light’ on the upper part of the lare tyre, is it silver applied over ?

Peter, I found the big tyre in my clip art book, had to spend quite a while cleaning it up so i could use it.

Drag-on I used light grey to emphasize the tread at the top.
