on the subject of tyre treads. we did work for a tyre company a while back & like your customer. they also wanted a tyre tread. what i did was to take a picture of one of their tyre treads. digitise a small section of the tread and then duplicate it to give a simular effect as you have acheived here.
the bit that sold it for me was the fact i could give their own tread as part of the design…

all this said.. 😳 this is maybe what you have done and ive went off on a rant about what i did.. 😆 😆

…very striking Gray…tyre treads continue to be very popular in certain vehicle designs – we’ve done more than a few! I wonder why? I suppose they are a cross between a ‘footprint’ in one way, and chevrons in another…they do catch yur’ eye – that’s for sure…

I always find you have to tread carefully with these tyre guys else they give you the run over. Its just that they have an inflated opinion of themselves, but mostly there full o’ wind.
