vehicle graphics: london driving co.
Posted by Richard Urquhart on April 30, 2007 at 6:55 pmHi all had a right day fitting this today, nothing to complicated I know but fitting took all day.I had to make file when vehicle turned up due to templates not bang on, however in this case it worked out just fine
my design so go easy on me the text was a pain to do as it was cut out from the silver before fitting with a 3mm outline then the white inlay to allow it to stand out, this caused alignment problems due to the curves and handles but got it all sorted in the end
hope you like rich

Another easy day then lightweight 😀 we can talk about your pricing on the way to sign UK 😛
Top look tho worth the playing about with the artwork (is it me or is the D on the rear a diff colour background to the one on the side view?) also is the strap line focused encouragement a play on the fact its a ford focus?

I know what you mean about the cut out outline before applying. I did it once
Now I do exactly that cut an outline to the colour needed and apply that over the stripe design whatever and then the text over that sooo much simpler and hardly noticeable
Nice job.Goop

Nice job mate
I know its not down to you ( their logo) but do think the logo would look better with the triangles going in same direction.

Hi Lynn
I have to agree with you on the colour , the boss has the black car and this could lead to many cars but the silver look’s class, the clio as you can see has silver handles which are a great match to the silver mac-tac vinyl
thanks Rich -
That looks the nuts rich. . much better than the black one. . really classy !
Been meaning to pop round and see you, but have been stupidly busy over the last few weeks. . also trying to move into my new unit. Looking forward to a weekend of building work benches !
😀

Have to agree with everyone else Rich, another good job and looks better than the black one. If the customer thinks so then perhaps they will stick to silver coloured cars from now on.

Good work pal, you could do that for a living
