    HI All

remember the file that we all struggled with a few weeks back? Well the job finally has been finished. It was to put some branding onto a new stock trailer or horse box.
The trailer was only delivered into UK from Ireland on Wednesday morning, had to be finished for Thursday morning for The Royal Highland Show at Ingliston, Edinburgh. I was given a brochure and told to get the signs ready.

The trailer is made of box sections which have ally plate popped onto it from the inside with the hollow box facing the outside. I came up with a few different ideas but was more or less pushed into making up some SS panels with vinyl attached then mechanical fixings onto outside of “ribs”.

I would have much preferred to fix using VHB or such but worried about the long term effects of all the jostling etc a trailer is going to get in fields etc then being driven along the roads at 60 mph and sugns falling off.

Anyhow the rivets are not too noticeable, nice and simple but pretty effective. Thanks for all the help with the original file.
