Vehicle Chevron Kit Cutting Templates
Does anyone sell a template so you can cut your own van chevron kits. I have half a dozen already set up and it just occurred to me that someone might be selling these already. The other question is there a market for anyone to buy these.

Chevron kits are now made from the High grade reflective to meet Chapter 8 specs. This has to be heat sealed back up once it has been cut and requires specialist equipment to do this.

There are suppliers selling Chapter 8 kits made from standard reflective (Nikkalite Crystal Grade Red) are these not Chapter 8 I am no expert with this but i have been fitting self cut chevrons for over 5 years and never had any rejected. -
I think the official spec is for the prismatic grades but I dont think I’ve heard any cases of vehicles being sent off site because of this.
