At long last I have finally crossed the line and ordered myself a Versacamm.
    It is arriving on Monday.

    Now the fun shall begin.

Watch out for all the questions 😳

Have you killed the PC60 Mike? 😮 Or is the versawassit in addition?

Good luck with it though, I’m warming more and more to the versathingy as so many ppl have used it now and come back with good things to say about it. Although there was a lot of fuss to begin with about whether or not the prints would last etc. just over 12 months on, and things seem to be going pretty good for versawidget owners, so the machine must have a few merits at least.

    Cheers, Dewi

PC60 is alive and kicking. Will hold on to it forever knowing me. I still have a Gerber 4b which I believe to be the oldest working 4b in the country. But only use it in an emergency as it is a wee bit on the sssssssssslllllllllooooooowwwwwww side.

I’d be worried about the size of the phone bill with a phone that size

:lol1: :lol1: I wish! :lol1: As I say, just shows what a year or so in the sign trade can do to you 😥 On the bright side though, no one will get any nasty shocks at SignUK now, everyone will be expecting a 17stone monster who shares a parent with Keith Flint, has the comic value of Keith Harris and the singing voice of Keith Chegwin 🙄

Just noticed though, Mike, have you got a PC60 and a Gerber as well?! 😮 Add the Versawassit into the mix, blimey! Do you use each one for different projects, ie does each machine have a particular benefit that the other doesn’t have? May sound a little obvious of a question, but when I considered upgrading to a Versadibble or a Cadet, I was going to sell the PC60 in favour of it. Just wondered why you’re keeping your existing stuff if it isn’t rude to ask?

I havn’t got an Edge but I was always brought up to value the things that I have and that has turned me into a bit of a scrooge as I hate to part with things that have/had a value. I will hang onto the PC60 as it can print mirror gold and silver that looks terrific on computer badges and name badges.
