thanks re shop front.
truck number.. yep, sucks, got to replace that, i robbed it from one of the first trucks i did for him, about 2yr ago, i was rushing to get it all cut, been out on a league match (sea fishing comp) til almost midnight, then spent near 4hrs cutting, weeding and laying it all together as i only got at 5pm, the call the inspector was due the day after, so had to be done next day! (he couldn’t use it until inspected, and it had to have the decals on before it could be put into operation). only when i was fitting it did i realise how much i’d bastardised it originally, back then it had to fill (his words) an odd shaped recovery bed flyer!
whats wrong with the map? had to use perspective tool to make it fit each side, thickness of the lines? only had a full map to begin with, had to make it from that, the result was the best of a bunch of efforts, about an hours of poxy node editing too!

nice one Hugh…know what you mean about fitting in the cold…rather not do it at all myself brrrrr. find it really frustrating. love the whiteman van..great colours n gridwork.

its further to work and back on your map 😉 good for doing mileage claims

Can I hire your daughter? She has an eye for design!
😉
As has been mentioned, the vertical phone number is a bit dodgy, and the phone number on the florist van is VERY big.
But I love the bent I.T. signs, they are excellent and perfect for the building.
I would also recommend saving the 651 for correx signs or shorter-term signs, not on vehicles. It’s worth the few extra bucks it costs for the 751 to have it go on easily.

Good Stuff Hugh, only crit is as has been mentioned, I reckon when it comes to phone numbers you try and use your large off cuts up.
New years resolution= scale all your phone no’s down by 20%.
Your on the up though my man, well done

thanks Cheryl!
Jill, if i pay the air fair, will you keep her there ? hormonal 14yr old !!! only kiddin…. i think!
re the 651, i only use it on flat panels generally, the britannic van will be changed in about 3yrs, they rarely keep anything much longer, same with whitemans vans, the truck got 751, but the van only really needed 651, they’re often needing replacement bits from taking them down little tracks for recovery work, so it seemed silly to use much else.
a lot of my stock is 651, but 751 is gradually taking over from it, it’s only about a $ more per meter (3′ 3" !) in 610, still not convinced i like 751 more though, when fitting in the cold its very brittle, and when hot, it can stretch, usually when you want to lift a bit thats prematurely stuck! lift it up and when it’s time for that bit to go down, it wrinkles! oh for an air con’d workplace! (most of my jobs are either in the cold, the heatwave, or the howling gales!)
the fine floristry van is all 751, had to be due to the recess, the phone number… yup!! bigger than originally drawn, but after changing her mind about some prints that were next to it, she asked for it to fill the space!
cheers.

looking good hugh, i think the circus it shop front looks really good, i think it was all due to the hand, lol haha.

Send her over, Hugh.
My only daughter, as of yesterday, is no longer a teenager.
I had a few rough years with her from I’d say 13-17, but now she is like a dream come true.
I can’t believe she is 20 years old!
Love….Jill -
Cheers Matt!!!! couldn’t of done it so quickly without you mate, woulda been a right pain on my own!
Jill, i think it’s a case of "when she’s good, she’s very very good, and when she’s bad, she’s bloody horrendous!! ". everyone tells me its just a teenage thing, sweet as pie when she wants something, spawn of satan when she’s having an outburst. i know i’d have never made it to adulthood if i’d been like that around my dad! lol
