Blimey, nice work Jon 😀 Love the big paw on the side of the van!
How long did that take to apply? Those things (presuming its a Merc Sprinter LWB) are enormous! The digital prints are really cool though, what types of widths did you use to create that? Am I asking too many questions again? 😛
Cheers, Dewi

3 strips of digital print per side, about 48 inches wide, the rest in vinyl.
…about 12 hours to fit
…can’t remember the exact price but it’s about £2.5k

Thanks for the comments about Raccoon by the way, keep them coming!

excellant work jon.. top notch mate 😛
looks really goood and the over all appearance has great impact.what type of vinyl did you use on this?
regarding raccoon.. i use raccoon digital also. great service, great advice & great prints.

Black stuff is Hexis. Wrap vinyl was Grafityp (I think). Whatever it was it went on very well.
Yes, Raccoon are fantastic and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The quality of their prints is great and turnaround and delivery are fast.
And they will no doubt be giving us a massive discount on our next order. 😀

Jon is right, the graphics were printed onto Graficast from Grafityp. These were unlaminated due to the fact it was a sprinter van.
If anyone has been able to wrap a sprinter using a laminated print (any material), I would be interested to hear there results.
We printed the image for Jon at Vital Signs on one of our Arizona printers. Very aggressive solvent inks (Inkware), which means that even though they are unlaminated, they will get a good return from them

Jon,
Van looks cracking. How long will it last on the van unlaminated. I thought only the KPMF VWS was the product that didnt need laminating.?????

richard, where on the sprinter does the two part vinyls fail?
im guessing its the reccessed areas on the side and rear window panels?if this is the case, do you not get the same happening with the older shaped transits?
when you say it fails.. do you mean the vinyl pulls back or just the laminate?
