This our latest effort at wrapping.

It was printed on our versacamm using orajet 85(summat 😳 ) and overlaminated with the matching glossy laminate ( 😳 )

It took about 15 hrs to print all 13 panels and a day to apply (plus a couple of extra hours on saturday morning)

We did the whole project photos, design etc.

Customer absolutely loved it, our main design brief was he didn’t want it to look like “A PLUMBERS VAN”

We also did him some window stickers and some posters and he is now considering having his X5 done as well.

    Great fun

    Cheers

NICE job – I like how it kind of fades into the van a bit on the edges…well that’s how it appears to me at least

like the look a lot, but can I ask what it is he does?
    don’t laugh
Not sure if it’s a locality – usa vs. uk thing or not, but I haven’t a clue. 😮

Nice job ! i too like the way it’s all blended in well with the blue van, must’ve taken a fair bit of thought for that one !

i also am at a bit of a loss as to what he does ! something to do with rolls of foil ? well at least it doesnt look like the plumbers van he was afraid of, he he 😀

    Hi, thanks for the comments

on the note of what he does; he is a trade only manufacturer & supplier of coloured (FUNKY) foils used when people have their hair bleached/ coloured in salons

The fade effect was created in photoshop and done so that it didn’t look so much as if it was a picture “planted” on the side of the van, the customer said it “looked like it was air brushed on”

Oh, also the materials used were Orajet 3951 and Oracal 290F Laminate, only one critisism is the laminate only comes in 10mtr rolls, and each of the printed sheets were just over 2mtrs, meaning that we ended up with about 3 rolls with scragg ends left

    cheers

I didn’t know what it was either….will a regular person on the street know?
Like the “glow” around the name.
Would NOT have used “Tel.” tho!
The lower copy needs a bit more contrast.
I think I would have used a hot pink.
You know that if you make the bonnet lettering “smiling”
in your program that it comes out straight when you stick it, right?
Looks like a lot of work!
    Hope you charged accordingly.
    I don’t mean to nag.
    Glad the client loved it!
    Love….Jill
