    Hi Guys,

Been asked to make and install a V configuration sign for housing company. This isn’t something I have much experience in really. The part I’m unsure about is the post fixings to the panels. Has anyone installed one of these? Any tips please?

I usually put sign chanel on the back riveted to the sign. Buy post clips to suit the diameter of your poles. Slide them into the sign chanel around the post and bolt them in place.

All depends if your client wants 3 posts as per the image or is happy with 4. With 4 I would do two separate panels with traffic rails on the rear and fitted to two posts and then a second panel exactly the same way making sure they make a point to give you the angle.
3 posts then flat panels with square posts.
One post at the front set in so a corner points outwards then the 2nd and 3rd post at the same angle but the correct distance apart for the panels. Then just screw the panels to the posts. Alternatively square post and pan trays that can then be fitted to the insides of the posts and set into the ground. Hope that makes sense. I am on my phone so can’t add any drawings or images.

Ashby Trade signs will manufacture this arrangement for you using square posts and trays that bolt together. Send them a diagram with sizes

That is the pan tray set up I was trying to explain.
