Hi can anyone help me sort out a file problem??

A customer has given us some artwork in .eps format but was saved on MAC, can anyone tell me what to do to be able to use on PC??

We use Corel Draw 11, and when I try importing the file it just brings up a clank page

    cheers

Possibly an ai eps Im just guessing perhaps a newer version than Draw 11 will import.

Ask them to save as an earlier version if they saved it as an ai eps file.

    Just an idea.

Ask them to save the file so that it can be read on a pc, you should then be able to open it. Sometimes you have to make sure that they understand that you are running a pc and not a mac. If saved correctly you should have no problem importing it as eps or ai (as said before postscript interpreted usually works best when importing eps files )

Use the PS, PRN EPS filter to import , not the one that says EPS.
