I tend to agree with John about Copperplate.

Aren’t the bottom two the same font?

I’m sure I’ve got it in an old Letraset catalogue at work, but I can’t remember it’s name, not much help I know 🙁

I’ll try to remember to look tomorrow.

It’s in my Letraset catalogue as Advertiser’s Gothic, but this looks to be the same thing.

I haven’t got it I’m afraid.
