Gypsy, don’t panic mate, Rob is apparently away on a big job that’s why he hasn’t answered you as yet. Don’t forget he also runs a large company as well as the biggest & best signboards.
I know he will be back in a few days & then he will have a backlog of uksb work to catch up on. So just grin & bear it for a while longer please.

Gypsy, as John has said … Rob had a few problems with getting on line then had to go away on a big fitting job ….. hence the reason for the delay …. huge apologies to you and anyone else who is currently waiting on getting membership access or upgrades. Thank you all for your patience and Im almost positive things will be sorted this weekend for you all???

I upgraded to UKSG a couple of days ago (still waiting). I paid £25 to upgrade from Gold to annual UKSG and Gold.

I presumed it meant that I keep the lifetime gold, but add UKSG for a year. Am I right, or have I just downgraded my lifetime gold to annual gold as well as upgraded to UKSG (if you know what I mean)?

real sorry about the delay in your membership upgrades, as john and carrie pointed out i was away on business the last 6 days. rest assured your cards were NOT charged until access has been given.
both your access memberships have now been upgraded and you should see more functions and forums appear instantly. more to appear very soon too, 😉

alison, upgrade from lifetime gold – annual uksg+gold does cancel out the liftime access im afraid, however, if you decide you would rather keep the gold only i can refund our card. its not a problem, just email me and let me know. admin@uksignboards.com

Quick question though….

I did originally have bronze (for about 2 weeks) £12.99

Changing to UKSG and Gold cost me the full whack (£75) as there is no upgrade path so in a way i wasted my £12.99 on the bronze…

I now have UKSG and Gold to browse around before i decide to go “lifetime”

But again i now see that if i want lifetime there is no upgrade path …meaning another £149

That’s a total of £236.99 , When if i was a new visitor today and wanted it , it would only be £149

Are you planing on adding any further upgrade paths ?

As at the minute i seem to have to pay again for something i already have in a way…..

The reason i start low is to make sure its for me before i spend too much money…

I.e.

Joined Bronze , looked good , wanted more
Joined UKSG & Gold (30 mins ago) looks good , want more but just can justify another £149 when i have spent 87.99 already….

there was a reason for those upgrades not being there, cant for the life of me remember why though. 😕
