Trying to source a trade supplier of 5mm Clear acrylic.
Hi, I am needing to get hold of a piece of 5mm clear acrylic 850 x 750 over the weekend early next week.
delivery times are crazy to private addresses i am no longer working in a sign company but now working for a company that does only vehicle livery graphics.
so I cant easily get hold of any if any companies close by have any available id much appreciate it.Best wishes

5mm is out of stock in most places now, even the major suppliers. Was speaking to Amari thursday, their Polycarb is due in in September…. Perspex currently has lead times of 4 weeks plus.
I buy from Bay Plastics, and they are wiped out as well.

I think you will really struggle to get clear acrylic of any type around 4+ mm thick.
as I mentioned in another post a week or so ago. we have our own CNC router, but I couldn’t get acrylic to make my own so bought mine in ready-made from Jamie at first display.jamie@firstdisplay.co.uk

We finally ran through most of the useful stock we had in basically ANYTHING that was clear.
Down to a couple of sheets of 2mm POLY and 4mm PETG that are earmarked for other jobs.
Really need to fulfil a couple of orders I have confirmed in 8 and 10mm thick acrylic.
Just throwing this out there…if anybody knows of stock at non-rip-off prices.
