Hi Rob
Robert Horne phoned me a few hours ago telling me that they do complete units, simply apply graphics.
Hope I’m on the right track with that 😕

Seem to recall Universal were doing some at this years show. Can’t remember whether it was the ‘pencil’ one but pretty small.

I always use Insight. They do the standard one and also a smaller version for projecting signs.
I have noticed that their price has jumped a bit this year. I have just ordered a small unit without a quote as I was using my old running meter price and was shocked when I received the bill. 😮
I made a whopping 15 squid on supply and install. 🙄 -
Did you get sorted Rob, I’ve just ordered the pencil light and it seems good, not fitted yet though. If thats the one you want I’ll find the brochure, but it’s not where it’s meant to be right now!

If it’s the one I’ve had samples from (and were at Sign UK) Vision Lighting Ltd. http://www.visiondepot.co.uk listed under products –
"The Pencil Light profile is circular by design and will suit even the shallowest of sign fascias. It is very small, light in weight & modern in design. This light is designed to illuminate any sign fascia and is fitted with state-of-the-art electronics. This is the most compact and by far the most advanced light on the market."
IMHO I Think it’s a neat product, descent brackets and nice slimline design with a good light spread.

That’s the baby, I got one in powder coated burgundy, good service, good price and looks like a nice product. There are 3 brackets to choose from as well.

thanks everyone for the help on this… very much appreciated.
insight was the best priced of them all with their standard trough. beat various quotes by nearly £100 😀 however, the brackets supplied didn’t allow be enough flexibility in directing the light onto the fascia sign.
i opted for the pencil one craig posted as this was what i was after from the beginning, it was better priced than most. however, the bracket was a very bland "L" shape, but still did the job… they had an alternative and more decorative bracket set for an extra £75 which i was going to go for but again, using the decorative brackets would limit the way i wanted to direct the light. so the basic L bracket coupled with the rather neat Pencil Trough was what i went for.
thanks again everyone for the help… 😀
