  • Trimming Contra Vision on car window, how do you do it?

Posted by Martin Gray on June 20, 2019 at 10:52 pm

    Hello
This is the first time i’ve used contra vison. As per the attached photo is it best to keep the complete window covered or trim the excess off as only part of the design is covering the glass.

any tips for increasing the life span would also be appreciated too.

    Thanks

    Martin

Hi Martin, I would leave it as it is, it’s far more likely to get snagged if it’s trimmed to the design, it’s safer left out at the edge of the glass. Is it laminated?

I always trim contra-vision 5mm from the edge of glass and seal with 10mm clear long lasting vinyl
