    So, so sad to hear this great man passed away the weekend aged 69.

    He was Bruce Springsteen’s right hand man and without doubt one of the greatest saxophonists that has graced this planet.

    Here is his solo from Jungleland..probably Springsteen’s greatest tune. If you have have a spare ten minutes listen to the whole record..just awsome

    Got to agree……me and my good lady went to a gig last night, Welsh singer/songwriter Martyn Joseph http://www.martynjoseph.net and he did a tribute to the great man.

    I was never a big Springsteen fan, but many years ago I was taken to one of his concerts for a date.
    Clarence Clemons totally made the whole show for me.
    He was badass and cheerful at the same time.
