awesome, just a few weeks back I was looking for this exact same thing for a customer of mine and that is exactly what they wanted 😮
nice job, pity my customer changed their mind.

thanks all.
in the center of the tree I used 3 inch square tubing. I set a 4×4 in the ground. they are actually 3.5×3.5. I trimmed the post to 3 inches above the ground and set the tree down over the post. the post sticks up about 18" in the tubing – holding the tree in place. and the tree is heavy, so I don’t think its going anywhere. -
Very Sawatsky-esque.
🙂
I hope it brings you some business.

http://www.vectric.com/forum/viewtopic. … 51&start=0we now do the concrete differently. we use one coat. 2 parts fine sand and one part Portland cement. add a pinch of 1/4" long poly fibers to the water, stir, then add sand and cement. trowel on – this takes a little practice, allow to set and carve when the cement is just right. this is the dan sawatzky method.
