Easiest way to do this as a "one off" is to layout the patterns directly onto the van using Knifeless tape then apply vinyl and cut the shapes out in situ. No need for creating eps files of all the shapes which would be virtually impossible given the way the graphics wrap around the front bonnet. This is how I did this van. Not a custom Transit but the M sport version of the Fiesta van

Even if it was available in kit form it would be a nightmare to try and fit due to all the compound curves around the headlights. The vinyl needs to be stretched in these areas in order to follow all the contours without creases. Consequently applying oversized sections of vinyl then trimming it to size in situ is possibly the better choice anyway?

Nice job phill, as you say, knifeless or wrap-cut tape is only real way to do this.
I actually have had this request multiple times and as much as its straightforward to "us lot" trying to explain to a customer that 2-d visuals just dont give a good idea of the finished look of these type stripes.
for instance, customer has given me the go ahead on a job the same as this, they have an Msport van with their brand, have bought another ford van but smaller, but want same stripes as m-sport. but giving visual based on same isnt easy because it looks pretty crap in 2d. 😆

You’re right Rob. And what is the point of creating a visual of the M sport graphics since it won’t be used anyway? I explained all this to my customer and produced a visual containing his company details overlaid on a photo of an actual M Sport. He was happy enough to trust me to be able to re-create the graphics in situ. It’s not that difficult as many of the lines closely follow the shape of the vans contours.
