Trade supplier for ceramic photo plaques for memorials?

Morning Folks,

Anybody here know of a trade supplier for those ceramic photo plaques to go on memorial stones?

I’m not liking for raw materials, but for a supplier that will produce the finished object on a one off basis.

if you don’t have any luck in UK, I know someone here in Spain that produces them. Happy to help if needed!
