i think it depends on what logo you are referring too also… well that maybe wrong way to put it. any copyright logo is a copyright… but do you have a picture of the similar one for us to compare?

Sorry Ian but I thought the same as Robert when I first saw it, can’t think why anyone would want a logo that looked more like a Health & Safety sign.

I’m no expert when it comes to copyright either but I would have thought there would be issues with it as it is basically the same, why does he want something that someone else is already using? Do they have a good name and he’s trying to cash in because that’s the only reason I can see for it.

Yup I would come up with something that would blow his socks off.
Funny enough we have all been discussing a similar business logo on another forum I go to, this one looked like it had a lawnmower in it though.
The second logo you posted is nasty enough to make me wonder why anyone would want to emulate it.
