Just thought I’d give a helpful mention to the following website:

    http://www.broadcastemail.us/

They spam 250million daily and I’m lucky enough to be on their mailing list, unfortunately not lucky enough to have myself removed as everyday I recieve mail from a different source, directing me to the same site 😕 6 days out of 7 I ignore it, mark it as spam and off it goes into the bin, but the only way I can get my email program to recognise it is by reading the text of the email to pick up on the web address. Unfortunately for me again, I can’t find a program that does this 😕

    Cheers, Dewi

Dewi , programs like pegasus mail (free) allow all sorts of spam filters. Problem is , to read text you actually have to download the mail off the servers unless the header info includes the “bad” website (there is a lot of info in the header you dont see) Our ISP actually spam filters and it works a charm , we never see the junk at all , they delete it their side. you can DL pegasus from http://www.tucows.com (and many other spam filters etc)
Pegasus allows you to view the mail on the ISP’s server and just DL the header (or view it) and you can just delete anything suspicious without actually DLing it. Much better mail program than Microsnot’s offering 😉
