Its going to be sitting on its belly, painted a nice grey colour and a cool set of wheels.

    Thats about it.

I a vain attempt to recapture my youth, I am renovating a 1971 MGB. It now runs lovely and just needs a new sill and back valence before the spray job. Should be ready (money allowing) for the Spring/Summer of 2009. Nice little day trips to Whitby, the sun out, the roof down…. 😀

    Chris

It is a Chrome Bumper (not those horrid black rubber ones) and also it is the wire wheel version. I am trying to keep it as near the 1971 spec as possible. It only came in Red, Green and Black that year. The one thing I am putting on it that differs from the 1971 model is, Seats with Headrests and an anti roll bar, as I have no confidence that the windscreen would save my neck in the event of turning the car over.

As for the lead free fuel..You have to add a lead additive to the fuel every time you fill up

    Ha!

Moss do every thing from a spring to a body shell and beyond.

I have spent hours pouring over their magazine, it is just like a Haines manual but with less oil and dirt over it!!
