That’s the first year over….
Hello you lot. I’ve just reached the end of my first year of self employment without going bankrupt, and things are going pretty well. I daresay there are a few ups and downs yet to come but I feel pretty confident of surviving it all. Anyways, I must acknowledge the huge amount of advice and, more importantly, encouragement I was given by the members on this site when I started and during the last year. It has been a massive benefit to me to share the experiences of all board members. All a bit soppy I know, but the fact is, that without this website things would have been a lot more difficult. So thanks, you ever helpful lot. And Rob, of course! 😉

You will look back after a few years and think……. what have I done with my life…. Na just kidding.
Been self employed for over 20 years now, some days are diamonds, some days are stone (hmmm I feel a song coming on..) but everyday is another day that no one will tell you what to do.
Unless you’re married of course, but that is another post :lol1:
