• Thanks To Impact

I would just like to say a big thanks to Impact i recently damaged my outlines disk version 29 and made a call to impact to see what they could do. Without hesitation they asked me to confirm by email what had happened. i also followed up my dilema with an urgent request for A Mini clubman outline as i had an urgent layout to prep for a big retail brand. Within an hour i had the template I needed the very next day a replacement disk arrived in the post no charge was mentioned to cover their costs or postage. Its great to have a supplier who is not out to take advantage of anothers misfortune and look after loyal customers. And I would like to publicly thank you for a great product and even better service.

    Best Regards

well I will second that Neil,
Just points out why sharing and pirating vehicle outlines, is un-acceptable.

I too have reason to applaud the team at Impacts attitude. I phoned to inform of a repeated error while trying to import .ai files into flexiletter. Without hesitation they said they’d send another disc. I phone later the same day to let them know I had got round the problem by simply using the .eps files so no need to send anything, but hats off to them anyway!

I’ll join in too – broken disk replaced by return. Good service.

    Nobody ever hear of back-ups?

I broke a disc once, just by putting it back into it’s case. But I’d already copied the whole thing to my hard drive and so didn’t need to bother Brian.
