    Use pvc pipe adhesive. You can get it from DIY shops. S*** to an army blanket!

    I’ve never used Tensol cement. Is that one where you have to mix 2 parts together?

    The glue I referred to above is excellent, it’s what is used to glue guttering and other pvc plumbing pipes. I’ve used it for years and it sticks foamex very well.

    Tensol is specific to acrylic fabrication and isnt really suitable for other stuff.
    You get various “grades” , some meant for cast , some meant for extruded , some meant for “filling” and some meant for flood joining.

    Tensol No12 will stick foam together and is a one piece (no hardener) and comes in 500ml tin

    Tensol No.70 will staick all together but better for Perspex and is a 2 piece, one cement and one hardener. comes in a 500ml bottle + part B
