    Hey mate,

Use that sellys all fix glue, it grabs in 30 seconds, and is really easy to use. Back that up with some double sided foam tape and Bob’s your Auntie.

    Gray,

you could use the normal ‘nipples and cups’ fixings (snapfix is one make) just as you would do with raised lettering on an external wall. Only difference is you need hollow wall fixings. These are like little anchors that go through the plaster board and once in the cavity they open up like little unbrellas and give a gentel but secure fixing.

    good luck

    more soon

You could always use the old timber laths, or make them up from foamex strips.

We have used the same method as Alan & now also use an aluminium extrusion that does the same job, “hanging Z section”, which we get from Baco.

another possibility is to use a keyhole fixing which could get you a flush fit

You can always try 3M’s command adhesive strips. You can buy the replacement ones from the hardware store, use the 3kg strips and they’ll come off when required and leave no marks at all. No drilling or fixing needed. All you’ll see is a tiny semi circle of strip at the edges. This is shown on “Bright Ideas” on saturdays.
