    Hi Terry
long time no hear, i use Easy Cut from Xpress for shirts which comes in sheets but can’t be overlapped. For overlapping & nylon when i do that type of work i use Grafityp. Have you got a heat press now? if you want to go through the shirt press thing pop in for a coffee & I’ll go through it with you.

Glad to see you,ve come through the dark times.

contact xpres/themagictouch and ask for some samples of vinyl and transfer papers etc. i have used colour trans dark jet XP3133 for a 5 colour logo recently with good results.

one of the vinyls i use is for workwear and can apparently be washed up to 80c!

flock is very easy to work with and looks great, you can get sublimation flock as well for multicolour logos and no layering.
