Try PLASTECH PRINT (PTP)
They have just quoted me 24p each for 1000 No. but they will not sell you blanks, this price includes one colour print.

I wanted blank ones and my previous supplier has gone from 18p each to a whopping 40p each, needless to say PTP will get my order.
