Can anybody shed any light onto Vehicle Excise Tax(Road Tax Disc) holders.
Can anybody do them?without screening? only need 200!
The “tamperproof” type would be best.
    Thanks

you could get some clear vinyl printed n a edge etc and cut square/oblong etc, stick tax disc on vinyl and then vinyl to window.
Pull vinyl off tax disc should rip etc, using edge or colour cam means no art work charges. i would imagine that the art work for pad printing or hotfoil could be quite high for such a small quanity. Hope this helps.

I did consider this route, print to clear, sticky side to glass, say 20 mm extra around the disc, which would actually stick to the glass as you say. BUT,when you attempt to remove, it will actually peel away and it is possible to stick it to another piece of glass, with the ‘ disc intact, which kinda’ defeats the object.
The local papers were giving them away as a promotion idea, and numerous police forces have used the same type of idea over the years, as you’ve no doubt noticed.
Why the disc’s aren’t supplied tamperproof by the DVLA is a mystery, they seem to have spent a tidy sum lately with the fancy versions they are now issuing( No wonder it’s bl**dy expensive)
