• Tamper proof vinyl

Posted by Shaun Cleary on November 9, 2011 at 11:51 am

We need a vinyl that will stick and not come off easily, we use a lot of MD3 & MD5 metamark but we need some higher adhesive sticker material for arcade machine bandits.

    Any help would be appreciated.

We use a tamper proof vinyl here. It has a high adhesive, and comes off in really small chips. It is easily recognised as being tampered with. Can’t help with a name, as it is sold here under a generic brand, but I know it comes out of europe, so it is probably a brand over there

Its called ‘compucal’ polyester, or ‘BT5/11SE’ cast white

    Another product is called ‘tampermark’

If you are already using metamark try their High Tack

    try their hi-tack macfleet! 😮
i used to use this for wrapping many years ago. amazingly stretchy, its like a balloon with agresive adhesive on the rear. however, extremely tempramental. as soon as its down its staying down and like shane mentioned, trying to get it back off comes away in tiny bits and requires allot of heat.
