    hi all
ive been suspicious of one of my employees for some time now. it seems they are running jobs behind my back. or so im lead to believe. i let all stuff have work done free of charge but within reason.
if somone ask them to do a job cheap i say fine tell me ill have it run and give you a commision for the work… but still there are jobs being run behind my back… can anyone give me some help on this issue?

    Hi Rachael
In the UK we have rules on dismissal do you have similar employment rules in the States? You could start by getting to know exactly where you stand in the eyes of the law if you have this information you can inform all staff exactly what you intend to do with staff who rob you as robbery is exactly what it is… dont you guys carry guns you could try blasting them (JOKE)!
