i would think applelec sign would probably do them mathew, info/website under LED’s on the toolbar.

there is a supplier, (might be applelec) that sells the LED modules for the likes of lightboxes but for the life of me i cannot remember who it is. they are about A4 size white rectangles with the led modules around the parimetre… anyway… LEDs are very simple to install if it come sto you having to do this yourself. normally a plug-and-play type product.

    Rob,

The LED modules that you’re thinking about were supplied by Professional Sign Systems (PSS) in Gateshead but they’re not on their website any more.

Matthew, can I ask why you are asking for LED’s to illuminate a signbox? Typically this would be done using fluorescent lamps but if your client is worried about running costs then I’d suggest something like Lumirescent from Insight or T8 fluorescent lamps rather than LED’s as the initial capital cost of the LED’s will far outweigh any whole life savings that their use would bring!

thanks Guy… just had a look at the site and it rings a bell… i found on the toolbar after all. 😉 :lol1:
wonder why they no longer do them… maybe like you said, initial costs etc not gaining sales. 🙄
