Supermarket Checkout tip
Here’s a hot tip I have decided to share with you.
Next time you’re in a supermarket, desperately scanning each checkout to see which one has the shortest queue to join – look again at the checkouts that are closed. You will invariably find that at least one is in fact open with a bemused checkout operator sitting there wondering why all the customers are avoing him/her 😕 . Most shoppers assume that because there isn’t a queue the checkout must be closed when in fact it is open.
You don’t believe me? – well look again next time you are in a large supermarket and see if I’m right.

ive tried that and all i get is, spoken in a voice like the nose is being held
"THIS TILL IS CLOSED" and the daggered eyes to go with it 🙄
