    Martin,

Not perfect, but istockphoto #6992833 will give you the roof and structure (its a gazebo…) but will get you 3/4 there – just a door and some windows for you to add…and maybe some wooden slats etc…

will cost you about a tenner though.

Hope helps (have been looking for beach huts so all hutted out..)

does it have to be very detailed, cos to draw a fairly simple one would only take a few minutes?

Edit: Here’s something I have just put together in a few minutes, very roughly basic outline, but this could be added to with window detail etc quite easily

Not that detailed Lorraine. your vector skills must be a lot better than mine 😳 i can vector logos alot easier but when it comes to a photo i sometimes don’t know where to start.

I just imported the pic into Signlab, selected the node drawing tool and started clicking! It’s all straight lines, so easy-peasy!

What drawing package do you use? I should have said, have the screen on outlines, so you can see the photo underneath, and trace the individual shapes, doing each bit seperately means you can edit each bit as you need, rather than wading through a mass of nodes to get to one bit.

Signlab 8. I was trying to get the fence in to but just didn’t look right.

Fit do you think? more detail?

See, not so difficult is it!
I would suggest that you get the side window bars all running the same way though!
I should think that’s as much detail as you need, all I would do, anyway.

May be my eyes (think I’ve turned a contact lense inside out!) probably just tired, but the window bars don’t follow the bottom line of the window, makes them look all different shapes.

all the horizontal lines on that plane should go to the same vanishing point to keep the perspective right…..and the opposite on the other side

    Thanks Peter

Just downloaded it. Ive been busy all day. E-mail the original one to the client and he’s happy with that. But am sure it will come in handy sometime.

    Thanks again
