    Hi everyone i wondered if or how i could possibly cut direct from my laptop to my summa pro d750 my laptop does not have serial ports it is a sony vaio. Has anyone tried to do this or is it possible to get a USB ADAPTER FOR MY SUMMA. I purchased a serial port to usb adaptor but have not had any luck any ideas please.

    laptop with a usb to serial adapter should work just fine.
    I use one to my summas all the time.
