    Summa D120 cutting CIRCLES first!

    Hello all.
    Can anyone please help.
    Our cutter keeps cutting the middle of letters first ie: O A P D’s etc.
    The problem is it pulls through loads of vinyl and goes back and forth doing this first which throws everything out and I have to recut all of the dodgy letters again!

    I need help ASAP please.

    We had this on our new cutter we are using the summa winplot look in the setup there are options for cut centres first and for restricting media movement. The restrict media movement got us guessing for a while as it wasn’t working and then found we were using autorotate which doesn’t apply this setting but if you rotate artwork 90degrees it work fine

    Cheers Colin. Just found out that Optimisation option was off. Seems ok now thanks.
