Summa Cutter, What am I doing wrong?
Can anyone tell me why I keep getting this message when I send my file to cut from within winplot?
"The media extents have changed
A new page has been assumed"The way I’ve been working with my files is:
1) creating all work in X3 then once ready clicking the "export to winplot" button.
2)once in winplot I click the "new roll put into cutter" tab then the "xy" tab to let me see & adjust the artwork layout on the page.
3)next I click the "send design to cutter" tab which opens the "output setup" window and it’s once I click the "send to cutter" button I get the above error/warning message 😕I know I must be doing something wrong here but just cant work out what :oops

Hi Neil.
Bit late I know but only just read your post. Mine does the same thing which i then ignore and just proceed as normal. It seemed to start after an upgrade to win-cut that I installed doesn’t seem to cause any problems other than 1 extra key press and occasionally words to the effect "Oh that’s B*llshi*" which the Summa completely ignores but I feel better. I know that doesn’t help you much but a misery shared is a problem halved.
